Old World design is about comfort, and broken-in style. Matte, distressed and/or honed finishes are preferred over sheen and polish. A deep, rich color palette, but muted in keeping with the well-worn look are all trademarks of Old World design. Our Old World style plays on those elements to help you achieve that well-traveled country Chateau look you’re after in your style. This style also contemplates European, Rustic, Lodge, or French Country Style.

Traditional European styling encompasses everything from the Old-World rough hewn to the opulent styling of the Rococco Movement. Our interpretation of European styling emphasizes what we do best at Ironhaus, which is hand forging metal to create architectural pieces that are timelessly elegant, built to endure, and that will be useful in the modern home, no matter how that home is designed or decorated. And that’s what classic European styling is all about.
